Saint Amit Ray said the best mantra for a happy life as “It does not matter how long you are spending on the earth, how much money you have gathered or how much attention you have received. It is the amount of positive vibration you have radiated in life that matters.”

To be happy is the purpose life. But many people struggle to find happiness in their life. Why does this life seem to be difficult when it is actually so simple. Because we are so much into making things complicated.

1. Change your mind and train your mind

Change how you think about yourself. Remove the negative voices from your mind. Awareness is the first step to making you happy. Since the body and mind are connected, it makes sense that you take care of yourself by doing exercises and deep meditation. 114 Chakra meditations are the easy way to remove the blockages in your energy centers and bring balance and happiness in mind and body.

2. Be happy just to be alive

The sun is shining, the birds are chirping. Learn from your mistakes and failures, and ensure same mistakes are not repeated again.

3. Don’t chase happiness

You don’t create happiness but create good habits. Get sufficient sleep and relaxation. Spending sometime alone gives you the chance to remove your worries and anxieties, reflect on what you’re grateful for and get back on track with your dreams and desires.

4. Forgiving and forget

Forgiving and forgetting is absolutely necessary when it comes to happiness because, holding a grudge means that you’re hanging on to anger, anxiety, depressions, pain and other negative emotions that are roadblocks to happiness. By letting go of these emotions, you free yourself from negativity so there’s more space for positive emotions to get in.

5. Surround yourself with the positive people

When you are with other people who are happy and supportive, you’ll be able to build self-confidence, boost your creativity and just have more fun in general. On the other end if you are hanging out with negative people - you are another member of their pity group — and that is exhausting and not much fun.

Start happiness by changing and mastering your mindsets and habits. You’ll be surprised how amazing you’ll feel!
